Specialized Change Services
Our approach to Specialized Change Services has two important layers:
At the first level, change is change. Our proven methodologies of change management all apply. The fundamental disciplines associated with change all apply as well: Program Management, Project Management, and Change Engineering
At the second level, each kind of change has some unique elements (or twists) that must be explicitly taken into account for change to be successful. For example:
- Shared Services: If an organization is moving its support structure to “Shared Services,” then the thorny subjects of “service pricing” and “service level agreements” call for special change management expertise and experience that prevent “reinvention of the wheel” and/or fatal flaws.
- Digital Oilfield: If an upstream energy company is implementing “digital energy” applications, then special change management expertise, formats, and experience are required to deal with the critical interface between “asset management” and “research and development.”
