We are always on the lookout for good players to add
to the HDI team. We are interested in talking to seasoned business
people who want to make business consulting their game…to do good
things for good clients, to take advantage of the rewards that come
from jobs well done, and to work in a friendly, challenging, and,
we think, fun environment.

Our Vision for our team members is as follows:
We want our team members to
see us as a fair place to work where they can be challenged to do
their best; we want them to see this as a place where they can enjoy
the work they do and where they are fairly rewarded economically.
We want them to feel appreciated and valued for their contribution.
We want employees to identify both with the firm and with their own
professional development.
