Dutch
Holland, Ph.D., University of Texas, is the CEO and founder of Holland
& Davis, LLC. He has worked as a management consultant since the
1960's, developing a wide range of tools and concepts for managing change.
He focuses on strategy, organizational design, management of technology,
teambuilding, management of quality and executive coaching. He has been
an advisor on industrial innovation to the President and Secretary of
Commerce.
Dutch has led change initiatives in a variety of industries and has
taught at Rice University, the University of Houston, The University
of Texas and the Wharton School's Securities Industry Institute. His
many articles on the management of change have been published in academic
journals as well as national industry publication. He has also authored
Red Zone Management
and Change is
the Rule, books used as course material in the Institute.

Michael (Mike) Campbell, M.A., PMP, has over 20 years experience
in working with senior management teams to improve organizational communication
and prepare management teams for organizational change. Mike has worked
with a wide variety of clients, from large, global organizations to
smaller companies and non-profits. Through Holland & Davis and the
Institute, Mike has helped companies to effectively implement their
initiatives and Engineer Organizational Change. Mike is a nationally
recognized expert on performance consulting and shared services. He
has been a featured speaker at numerous national conferences and has
published several articles in a variety of national and international
publications. Mike is the author of Bullet
Proof Presentations, which is used as course material in the
Institute.
Dr.
George Dempsey, Ph.D., has more than 25 years experience as a successful
entrepreneur, clinical, and corporate psychologist. He is an expert
on relationship dynamics and focuses on team and consensus building,
relationship asset development, and maintenance and creating a culture
of excellence. He has coached executives and organizations through change,
conflict resolution, teambuilding, succession planning and business
and personal development issues. Dr. Dempsey lectures and gives seminars
to the business community and helps them lead with vision, build with
teamwork and inspire with greatness.
Cynthia
Sepety, MBA, is a strong leader with 20 years experience, including
full P&L responsibility, in operations management and performance
consulting. Ms. Sepety has special expertise in improving operations
and building and motivating high-performance teams. She is adept at
analyzing difficult business situations, developing action plans for
resolution and partnering with senior management to drive change. Cindy
is recognized for effective interpersonal skills, development of people,
and ability to draw out viable strategic and operational solutions to
complex problems in diverse groups.
Gay
Sickles, BA,
is a dynamic
and results-focused business development specialist with professional
qualifications in organizational development, business needs analysis,
intervention design, change management, multi-level training development
and delivery, systems evaluation and process improvement, strategic
planning, project management, and 360-feedback and coaching. She is
experienced in working in a high-stress, time sensitive, high profile
Fortune 500 environment, as well as small to medium businesses.
