Question: What does the term "Change Engineering" mean?

Answer: Change Engineering is the application of scientific and technical knowledge to solve real-world problems like changing an organization for a business purpose.. Change engineers use imagination, judgment and reasoning to apply the science, technology, and practical experience of change to the act of altering the way an organization does its business. The use of Change Engineering results in the successful change of an organization’s state of operation “on target, on time and on budget.”
